Job
Readiness & Workforce Excellence. It is well documented that the stronger your skills in math, reading and writing, the
better your chances of having a successful career.
However, beyond these basic skills are "Job Readiness and Workforce Excellence" skills
that are critically important to anyone's career. Sometimes called "employability
skills" or "soft skills", even the academically gifted may not find the success
in the world of work. Once acquired, we believe these skills become character
traits, embedded such that they begin to define "who" and "what" you represent
to people around you.
Although there are common beliefs that character traits are not easily acquired or learned and some even argue that one is born with them, we strongly believe that job readiness skills can be learned and conditioned if fully internalized. To this end, one's character traits - at least in part - can be shaped through this skills acquisition.
